Cooler refit, new BD variable speed compressor, anyone?

Planning a refit project, I will construct my two new fridge/freezers myself. I have experience of BD35 installations from earlier boats so i am familiar.

Initially i thought about a BD35/50 solution, but now there is a new variant called "BD1.4F–VSD.3" with a new electronic thermostat (NTC sensor support), and a serial communication interface in Secops latest second-generation electronic unit 101N0212.

Has anyone any experience with Secop new variable speed compressor?
(Or this latest gen electronic control unit?)

BTW, Danfoss is now Secop, BD series compressors are now branded Secop.

Danfoss/Secop variable speed compressors have been around for over 20 years. The BD 35 you had was a variable speed compressor. Were you able to open the two links you sent?

I'm pretty sure that's a smaller capacity compressor than a BD35, so you might need to assess whether it has enough cooling power.

I know BD35 has different speeds, but i assumed the one i referenced was a new type. But i might be wrong. Yes,links works for me. But its easy to find under Secop website under marine.

Checking again i think it is to small, its for smaller volume needs.

True, reading data on it more closely i see its for smaller applications.
