Campinggaz woes

I'm in Southern Florida and my Campinggaz bottle is almost empty. Can anyone refill them here?

Can I buy an adapter so they can be filled?

Any ideas on how to connect a US style tank/regulator to the small reverse thread original connectors on my Lagoon 400?

The admiral isn't going to like not being able to cook anything
