Looks like a Henderson - more likely if it is a uk/euro boat.

editb- noticed is an Au boat so my money is on henderson.

Re: Bilge pump identification please

I've never seen a Henderson with such large full depth "bosses" on the sides to slide mounting bolts thru.
The Hendersons I've seen all have discrete mounting feet.
Of course, they may have made models that were not sold in the USA?

Re: Bilge pump identification please

Further research suggests I was mistaken and a little hasty.
The general design looks like a Whale Gusher 10 https://d1xmkx19apgl7d.cloudfront.ne...W-BP3740_2.jpg
https://www.aquafax.co.uk/products/w...late-w-bp3740#

but older, much older.
If it was a Whale product I would expect to find the makers name on it somewhere.
It could be an old Chinee knockoff like some of the stuff Bias used to sell.

Either way I think I would replace the whole pump.

Thanks all fro your help. I reckon Whale Gusher 10 is right. I will pull my pump out (circa 1985), rebuild it as needed and replace diaphragm - maybe that will get it going again

Re: Bilge pump identification please

Hmmm.... whale gusher 10 had an alloy body prone to de-zincification. That looks like a plastic body.
Search on CF about Whale gusher 10 probs.
If plastic is a no-name pump.
40 year old? Replace it .

If you're in Aus, try boathut.com.au
They were very helpful supplying (and well priced) parts for my whale gusher a couple if years ago.

But its not a Whale Gusher 10. It just has a similar diaphragm/ pump handle linkage set up as a Gusher 10 but appears to have a plastic body. I cannot find anything that is a definite match.

Call the guy at Boat Hut. 0483939276 I'm sure if you send him your photo he will be able to help identify it.
He's in Brisbane and may be hampered by the floods they are going through at the moment.
Send me a personal message and let me know how it goes.
