Bilge 9

Oceanic 321 trying to pump overboard, pump ok, drain, icebox valves closed. When pumping the pump slows down as it can't push water forward. Took off pump and water shot all over the place. It seems I have a clogged line or is there a valve at the stern that I am missing. Need help gang. Gary
