Best Price for a Katadyn Powersurvivor 40E?

I'd like to purchase a new 12v Powersurvivor 40E water maker. The price seems to be around US$3500. But in the past I have seen the price deeply discounted. Does anyone know where I can get a good price for a new one? I was happy with my old Powersurvivor 35, but it finally bit the dust.

I saw a powersurvivor 40E sold by a company called BCB Marine in the U.K., but it looks like a Katadyn. Is anyone familiar with that company and their reputation?
