Any advice on a good front loader washing machine for marine life.
We are currently in France so may be a good place to purchase the machine, maybe not...

I highly recommend the Splendide WD2100XC which is used in the Antares and Grand Banks boats. In England they taught to look down on people had washing machines in their boats but after more than a dozen thousand miles sailing with clean clothes I am now a convert! You can get it for US$1200.

It runs on 120V 60Hz though. What AC voltage and (most importantly) frequency do you have on your boat?
