water tank">fresh
water tank is under the V berth. It has a large cover that covers the entire tank, is screwed down and clearly has a seal between it and the tank. My problem - when the
boat heels water
leaks from the tank into the V berth.
I remember a thread earlier this year about this same problem. I tried the search function but had no luck finding it. I apologize for
posting the same issue again.
I have yet to take the cover off. I'm hoping someone on the CS forum has encountered a similar problem and can provide me with some
advice about what type of
sealant material I can use and how best to remove the old seal. I'd also appreciate some
advice about how to clean the residue left from the old seal.
I'm not at the
boat so am unable to send pictures at this time.
