Bending roll bonds evaporator

Has anyone managed to bend the roll bonds evaporator plate. I am wondering if there are any instructions or cautions.

I don't have an answer, but I do wish to say that I sympathize with you. You've been working on that refer for quite some time now. I had to put in some incredible hours on mine as well... it's tough (and scary) work, but you do learn a lot.

Good luck

Sean,
Actually I was back home in RI for few months. I havent started it yet as the boat is in DR. We are heading back that way next month so I am still ordering parts. Meanwhile as usuall, I have invented few other projects so parts are rolling in. I just hope that our two suitcases will not be too suspicious at Santiago airport in DR.
