Below Water line fittings

On the boat I just purchased, this is the T-fitting for the head inlet and sink discharge thru hull. It says PVC on the greyish blue fitting which I am pretty sure is a no no. Problem is I can't seem to find any below waterline T-fittings online. Does anyone know a good source to get fittings other than just elbows, reducers, and hose to hose barbs?

As usual thank you in advance for any help!

I'd also replace that non-braided hose and certainly use better quality SS hose clamps. Also, not thrilled with the actual hull penetration, no backing plate and it almost looks plastic.
