Where to get my Volvo transmission rebuilt

The Volvo transmission on my TMD-22 stopped just stopped going into forward gear every time. It likes to go in gear every other time or when it feels like it. Changed the fluid, but it loos like it is time for a rebuild.

Can anyone recommend a good place to send this off to be rebuilt well and not cost me the $6k a new one costs?

Could it be simply a linkage problem?
