stern gland for nauticat 33

I have recently bought an N33 mk 1 (1974) and am undertaking an extensive refit at my home port in Spain (see www.paulnorkettblog.com)
I am puzzled about how the stern gland is greased. I am used to using a greaser in the cabin wher a turn every few hours of engine running is needed but there is no greaser fitment in the N33. I have lifted the floor and can see no grease nipple.
I would like to check/service the stern gland and prop shaft when she is hauled out this spring but do not know what to do.
Any help/guidance would be appreciated.
best wishes
