No argument with that, but the point is moot. The OP specifically asked:

"If I'm using the dinghy several times a day, do you still tilt it up"

Re: Should you tilt your outboard motor out of water between uses?

we live-aboard. never tilted or flushed (*) the outboard in years, but do run it every day which is the best treatment

we lift it out of the water every night (to stop the slap & growth)

(*) just thought : been up plenty of rivers till the water is fresh, and used the dink there, so i guess that counts as flushing ?

cheers,

Re: Should you tilt your outboard motor out of water between uses?

At a busy dinghy dock in a yacht club in Hong Kong I have noticed that dinghy owners tie a bucket over the props on their tilted outboard to protect other dinghies. It is an easy solution and a good idea for those who leave their dinghies for several days. A bucket on a rope could be useful to have in the dinghy anyway!
