SD 20 Saildrive

Whats the best way of cleaning the sea water piping inside the sd 20 saildrive leg?One of mine seems to be restricting the flow causing engine to overheat.
Thanks Geoff.

Re: SD 20 Saildrive

Best method is to close of that horrible cock on the side of the leg and fit a decent 3/4" thru-hull specifically for the engine cooling, connected through a proper strainer.

I particularly like the forespar strainer.
