Removing Hurth Box

Hi I am trying to get my hurth150 out and have problems getting the two bolts at the base of the adapter plate off. Anybody have any tips. The boat is in the water on anchor (big two). Thanks

I had to cut a wrench in half in order to be able to get it in the right place to pull one! You may have to fab a tool?
