I've coated the propellers with Propspeed probably 4 times now. Good results, I'd say.
Now I see a similar, less expensive product, Propglide. Has anyone here used this product and had results to share?
Applying Propspeed is a bit tedious, but not too bad. Worse part is removing the old Propspeed before recoating. I've been using paint
remover, but this requires multiple applications. First time removal
was before I took over doing the propellers, and the yard used a sandblaster. I didn't like how hard this was on the gears of these folding props.
Does anyone know of a better way to strip the old finish off? Perhaps I should have used a wire brush first.
