Prop Zinc

I have a twin bladed feathering prop. From the paperwork left by the old owner, it appears to be a Martec 18R712.
Now I'm trying to replace the zinc on the end (the old one came off). Anyone know what kind goes on the end?
The standard ones on the shelf appear to go over the end of the shaft and screw in to it. There's no way one is going over the end of this prop, although there is a hole on the end, obviously for one.
Thanks,
TEE

He says he has the feathering prop, not a folding prop. My Maxprop has a unique zinc that is the tail cone of the prop. It looks like the Martec prop also uses a zinc as the tail cone. You will need to find a dealer who sells Martec products so you can find the exact zinc that fits as a tail cone on that prop.

The Auotstream zincs come in two sizes (depending on the model prop you have) and you can get them either from Martec directly or a prop shop that sells the Autostream props. Here in the Bay Area I get them from Alameda Prop & Machine

Thanks for the ideas. I didn't see my prop on the Martec website, but then, it is ten years old. I'll give them a call.

I must amend my previous post. There are two zincs for Autostream props, the determining factor is whether the prop is bronze or stainless. Different zincs for each.
