Primer for Volvo Penta saildrive 130S

I am currently in Trinidad looking for a primer for my Volvo Penta saildrive.

This is the only outboard primer that I could find here, would it be ok to use it?

We've used that, it's garbage,,, Easiest to sand to bare aluminum and paint with propspeed. Has its own primer, 18 months most of it in the Caribbean, nothing sticks, no corrosion,, loving it,,,,
