I don't think there is a standard? I'm betting inch and a quarter but can't be certain.

Why would it not be standard? In my experience it is very rare for production boat shaft sizes to be different from one vessel to the next.

BTW, I have it from three separate sources now that the shaft diameter is 1 1/8".
