Just finished my first annual lubrication of one of my two Kiwi Props. They can be lubed in the
water, but after some consideration I opted to lube out of the
water. While lubing in the water certainly appears feasible, it would also be a PITA and potentially involve losing the 3 very small screws that cover the prop blade grease points.
Also,
salt water immersion of any grease gun Ive ever owned would likely dramatically shorten its life.
By contrast, removing the prop underwater is quite easy.
Anyone ever lube one in the water?
