KBW21 gearbox

I had an engine analysis done on a Yanmar 3HJ3-HTE engine and the KBW21 gearbox in a sailboat that I may be purchasing.
The engine came back fine but on the gearbox the level of iron is 229ppm with about 190 hrs on the gearbox oil.

How worried should I be?

Any idea how much to have this rebuilt?

When it fails will it just start slipping like my old Hurth HBW10?

thank you for any help!

Re: KBW21 gearbox

As a point of comparison, a reading of 150 ppm of FE in an engine means that its grinding itself apart.
The FE in the transmission is found in your gears, bearings and steel plates.
