How do I reattach a sail drive hull fairing - in water

Hit something underwater and my hull fairing popped off and is sitting loosely around the sail drive.

It’s not damaged. Just popped off the hull. It was glued on. Not screwed on.

How can I reattach this in the water?

I am 100 miles in the wrong direction from the closest place to haul out.

Help!

5200 and rope/ratchet straps?
5200 maybe too aggressive, but it’s the only one I know that can set underwater.

Thanks Harmony. That might be an option.

I have a friend who advised just cutting it off. Said it would only take a 1/2kt off my speed

Jb weld makes a 2 part putty epoxy called water weld. It claims to set underwater in 15-60 minutes.
I have used it above the water line and it sets well and seems strong. I haven't tried it underwater personally
