Feathering prop removal

Hi
I want to get a fixed prop for my sailing boat, but I can't remove the old feathering prop. We removed all screw and taped it hard. The were able to remove the anode at the tip, but nil else. The prop has lots of screw even 3 small allan key screws, but I don't know what they are good for.
I don't even know the brand of the prop. It is fitted to my Yanmar 2GM20 sail drive SD20.
Could someone help me with tips how to take this complex prop off or what make and model it is. Hope the photo is ok

That is an old Autostream prop

I don't know the reason why you want to replace a feathering prop with a fixed one (I would not do that on a sailboat), anyway your prop (17") is too big in diameter for that engine, we usually give a 15"
