Adding a sail drive to an aluminum hull

Has anyone done it?

The hull I am considering has an 8 to 10 mm spine down the centerline and slightly more than 30 degrees of rise on the vee that the hull makes (hard chine).

I'm curious to know if anyone makes an aluminum bed that can be welded in, either pre-made or custom milled.

Hull is probably 7mm with 50mm lateral ribs spaced every 12 to 14 inches ; engine will be relocated aft abandoning a mid boat shaft drive configuration and will be upgraded from ~30hp to something between 40 to 50 hp.
