Where to Find Crewing Sources?

I'm looking to do a little crewing this spring/summer and I can't seem to find a good website for finding boats that need crew members and might tolerate a newbie in the great lakes region. Western Michigan specifically. Does anyone know of a good online resource or someone to call?

I have sailed before. But I'm also looking for sail-boaters around the Holland, MI area who might could use an extra hand to trim sails on a day cruise now & then. Any ideas anyone?

Go to the local yacht clubs and check. The round the can racers are always looking for crew.
