Training vessel

Hi
I am looking for a sailboat to charter in the Caribbean on a weekly basis to be used as a sail training vessel, ideally 46' + with six berths plus crews accom, looking for a well found vessel with full safety gear capable of offshore passages in lively conditions, must be clean, well maintained and good windward ability would be an advantage.
If there are any cruising boats out there that need to be sailed while earning some money please let me know.
