Train The Trainer Courses

Hello all, I am thinking of becoming an Captain’s License Instructor and am trying to learn about various Train The Trainer programs. I’ve looked at “US Captain Training” and “Maritime Professional Training Program” but am wondering if anyone has gone through either of these or can recommend a program. I’m also curious about employment after certification. It looks like the industry is shifting to a lot more online schooling. Anyone have any experience?
