Sailing school in Hawaii

I'm looking for an opportunity to sail and add to my meager ASA 101 and 103 experience while we're in HI for vacation. I will be on Maui and Oahu in mid September and would love to sail for a few days and possibly add another certification. Can anyone recommend a school on either island? Or perhaps I could hire a captain and charter a boat with my wife and gain some experience that way - funds willing. I'm open to suggestions. I would really appreciate a personal recommendation of the instructor and boat (monohull). Thanks for your advice.
