Hour building trip from Falmouth to France on my own boat

I'm looking for an instructor who would be prepared to do an hour building trip from Falmouth to Brest or further South (La Rochelle maybe) in my own boat.

Ive owned the boat for a year and sailed it down from Scotland but i've never crossed the channel before and my wife doesn't fancy it.

Boat is a very capable Hans Christian 33 cutter. I'd like to go ASAP but i'm reasonably flexible
