Water taxi to Wilson, NY from Toronto

My boat is at Point Breeze, NY, where it was repaired. I live in Toronto. I need to get it back here. The mechanic originally promised to deliver the boat back to me. Now he says he cannot do so. How does one hitch a ride to that region, or get the boat delivered back to me? He's willing to take the boat to Wilson, NY, two hours from Toronto.
