My 26 ft Express was different from the Sundancer in that the Sundance had an aft cabin. I had more cockpit space in the Express. Not an exact answer, but may help.

Not much...If I remember correctly the weekender had option for straight inboard though so the hulls have prop pockets..

I owned a 270 sun-dancer till a couple months ago...it would be measured and called a 30 footer if manufactured today...it did not have a walk through stern like most of the 300 series does...but was still a 10 wide hull with about the same lay out and area....all sleep six

Some interior differences and appointment between the two but basically about the same cabin space wise. The sun-dancers are a tad sleeker and maybe a tad faster..I think more weekenders are plumbed with true heads and holding tanks rather then porta potties.

I thought it was cruiser (Sundancer) vs. cuddy (weekender)
