Raw water pump

I have a MD21B Volvo Penta with a leaking Raw water housing, it is leaking at the rear of the pump but only when stopped. It doesn't seem to be leaking when running and after the water leaks out of the heat exchanger it stops. I think I need a overhaul kit and the leak is at the rear seal, has anyone done this job before I order the parts.

Ordered in a overhaul kit, the seals and main bush for the shaft were worn. I replaced the pump at the same time and she is all good now.

Two simpler options are:

1) Send the pump out to be rebuilt.

2) Replace the pump with a new one.
