Moving from dry storage too wet slip - Prepare

Some of you will say I am nuts , others say prepare properly should be ok
I am a retired man , live for my time on water / marina / ocean
Boat is a 30 ft cruiser
2004
twin gas engines - Twin Stern Volvo Penta SX duo prop Drives ,
Long time customer at present marina here in Fla , IN/OUT Stored in outdoor yard ,
Marina offered me a courtesy slip , knowing distance home was 150 miles . This way wife & myself would stay aboard few days . Marina Stopped courtesy slips. Driving back and forth same day ,Getting old ,
Recent months used boat seldom . Time for a change ,
Stern drives in salt wet slip full time , BAD IDEA , but not using boat multiple days of every week , NOT HAPPENDING , I am a salt water addict ,
I stayed at present marina years since I had both , clean bottom , slip , but now I am having marina paint bottom , Costly since it never was painted
Non Copper on Drives , has new zincs
Located a upscale marina. 30 miles closer each way
Slips are concrete finger floating , 2 year wait list for larger slips but had a 30 ft that they are holding Same exact dollars
Bottom should be done few days and moving too new marina
Leaving in wet slip all new issues I must deal with ,
Those of you in water all year what can I expect ?
Called SEA INSURE ( must be sea tow member ) agent says rates same except I must sign a document I must move boat during major storm. Marina on ICW land both sides less risky. Have trailer & truck , boat ramp close . Easy for me , plan is too pull boat often too check bottom , drives ,
What must I concern myself with ? Marine insurance all the same , My concern is water entering thru sea cocks, bellows , transom , How many bilge pumps , 2 in engine room . Tying of boat , Have too get educated on proper tie downs for daily wind / rain storms we have in fla
New marina has 550 slips , Many dock people on hand walking docks checking boats ,
Leaving electric plugged in ? Electrolysis , ( new zincs ) on drives & trims
Wanting some feed back on what I should DO not DO leaving in a wet slip
Forgot too mention , Gas engines raw water cooled , installed engine flushing system this way I can flush engines from swim platform .
At new marina they have many options .
4 yacht broker companies possibly meeting eager sellers too sell/ barter getting into a different styled boat . Having a trailer for a 30 footer is a great feature , Saving marina fees
thanks as usual

His issue is different, he has inboard / outboards and his issue is the bellows, they rip and the boat sinks.
I’m not sure what their life span is, but that’s your issue, other than that it’s just a boat, like all other boats.
I’d want them inspected and try to find out what the recommended replacement interval is, and replace them if they are due.

Just me, but I’d never wet store a boat can be “Racked and stacked” myself.
We had one that was dry stored and when we arrived we would get it put in the water where it stay until we left, in the Marina, they had no interest in pulling it every day and we didn’t either, so last day they would pull it and put it in the wash rack, we would wash it and they would put it up.

Can't you just find a different dry stack marina that doesn't haul you back out at the end of every day? (Sounds odd, anyway; can't imagine why they'd want to do that, unless they just don't have much wet space.) NOT the "upscale marina" with wet slips only?
