Looking for WA power boat

I'm in SE Florida (FT. Myers area) and am looking for a really clean, well maintained walk around type boat, 2003 or newer, 4 stroke outboard with a cabin that two adults could actually overnight in, in the $25-$30,000 price range. Probably in the 23' to 25' range to get a big enough cabin. Not much over 25' as that is about all my lift will accommodate. I've been looking for about three months now, and there is so much junk out there, it is ridiculous. I can't believe the difference in my opinion of clean and most sellers opinion of clean ! I've been religiously watching Craigslist, Boat Trader, Yachtworld Pop Yachts etc., so if anyone has a friend, neighbor or relative who has a boat that they are thinking about selling, please give me a shout. There are so many beat up used boats in Florida that I am now looking in Michigan. I looked around the Crystal River / Homosassa area and only saw super junky faded gelcoat chipped boats.

Not sure what kind of cabin you will get with a small walk around. You might have to give up on the full walk around.
