Looking for the Perfect Boat

We currently have a 2011 Key West 189FS and are looking to step up to a new boat with at least the following specs:

24- 26 feet
draft of 15-20"
deep V hull
fully fiberglass non sinkable
self bailing cockpit
outside, comfortable seating for at least 8
sleeping for 2-4 ppl
full galley kitchen (fridg, sink, microwave)
head/ (shower?)
able to add AC?

We would like to occasional fish and be definitely be able to do water sports, tubing, skiing, wake board, wake skate, etc.

We are located in the Hilton Head, SC area. It would get the most usage as a day boat (stays at Marina in dry storage) but would like to have the ability to take it on over night/weekend trips to anywhere from Jacksonville, FL to Charleston, SC

Looking for suggestions of the best BANG FOR YOUR BUCK boat manufacturers. Any new really great ones?
