Local Haul-Outs

Hi All,
We are in search of a 34' trawler for a slower pace. I have secured moorage in a private marina but I am wondering if you can recommend where I can take the boat to locally for a haul-out and yard with "reasonable rates" on the hard if I need to do some work on her below the waterline level such as applying new anti-foul, thru-hulls, cutlass bearings etc etc.
Boat will be moored up the Fraser River near Coquitlam. I appreciate the assistance.

Try Shelter Island Marina and Boatyard*, in East Richmond, on the South Arm of the Fraser River. They can lift vessels to 150 feet, with short and long term storage available, for up to 300 vessels, on 20 acres of paved land.
I don't know, if they allow DIY.
