Isuzu Pisces Diesels

While I'm familiar with several diesels, having had several vessels over the years, I have no knowledge of the Isuzu Pisces diesels... I'm considering a purchase of a 40' Formosa, with twin diesels. I believe the diesels were 120hp.

Anyone familiar with these units.....good or bad?

Pisces was the marinization company , the seemed to have mostly used Isuzu blocks. One of the issues is the specific marine parts will be very hard to source ,their parts manuals also used Pisces part numbers . The basic Izuzu engine is very good , zillions of trucks used them.

I'm not familiar with this engine, and was wondering if anyone has something to say about it, either good or bad. I'm looking at a 40' Formosa Trawler and it has twin Isuzus, that I believe are 120 hp each. Not sure as I don't have the model number yet.

Anyone run Isuzu Pisces on a powerboat?
