info on Ecuador and the Galapagos

We figure (from all we've read so far) that we should get an agent to help us navigate our way through the paperwork and permits for the Galapagos - any guidance would be hugely appreciated. We plan to head down that way in February, 2011. We're also really interested to know if anyone has recently had any experience refuelling in the Galapgos - how that went. Thanks.
