How lucky am I

Owner found me and said he wants me to manage this Nova 40 for him. I can take it out every now and then and he covers fuel. He will pay me to captain it on his outings with friends, fill ups, and when it needs to go to the yard.

I am sailor through and through, but this will be fun every know and then.

Looks like fun, especially when you get to play but don't have to foot the bill

Serious question though, has there been any talk about what happens if the boat gets damaged while under you command/piloting? Sorry I always look at the negative side of a good thing.

Re: How lucky am I

He has sent my credentials, marine log, and resume to his insurance company. So I am on the policy, yes I get to pay the deductible if some thing should happen. Fortunately I am a delivery skipper. I have drove and piloted over 24 sail & power boats over the last year.
