Have a 30 ft searay twin engine inboard that was totaled

Hi , i have a 30 ft twin engine inboard searay that was totaled in hurricane IAN,
i have it on a lift on a canal at my house, my insurance company sent a surveyer who said it was a constructive total loss, My question is, who pays for the removal and disposal of the boat. and if its the insurance company would that cost be deducted from what i have the boat insured for, Thanks.

I would think the insurance company wold pay that. But yeah, read the policy or ask your agent that question.

Companyís propensity to deny claims for arbitrary reasons and leave it up to you to fight for what they owe you, the insurance company would not be my first inquiry. I would approach them only once weíll informed.
