Good surveyor in Spain? (Alicante/Valencia area)

So I am in the process of purchasing a small yacht near Alicante (twin diesel engines), and am going to need a surveyor.
I see this has been discussed before, but guess it does not hurt to ask for your latest recommendations...?
I am looking for an honest and reliable surveyor who can give me a good pre-purchase report, and perhaps even talk me through whatever is worth knowing about the boat's condition.
It would also be good to know, what is the system of accreditations for surveyors in Spain? I see there are a number of logos and abbreviations in use.
