Hey Stu, I thought you might have snuck out on us. No answer to the question?
Ferry with a safety zone to port; freighter to starboard in a lane; crossing situation; who gives way?
Change the freighter to a 40' Bayliner; does that change who gives way? And why?
Don't forget to show your work.
