Re: Engine removal

Welcome to the forum.

The inquiry answer depends on the boat / engine and configuration.

Some are "easy", while others are impossible.

Please provide more details and possibly also images.

Re: Engine removal

Hi ,I have a 26 foot Fairline sunfury that had a twin nissan diesil engine conversion onto volvo penta legs .One engine is seized and I am still trying to free off but may have to remove .Has to engine mounts at front with plenty room to pull forward .Does engine pull out from leg looks like it has a large rubber fitting inside leg cant see anything holding it in place . Can water come into boat if engine removed thanks In advance Coss.

Re: Engine removal

This image looks like your boat.

The boat will need to be yanked and blocked on the hard. The outdrive removed, then the engine pulled.
