DeFever 48 Issues?

I am considering a DeFever 48 Triple Cabin that is about 20 years old and would appreciate knowing what issues should be especially checked during survey.

My questions include:

Is the hull solid or cored?

Are they prone to hull blistering?

Is there plywood or glass under the teak decks?

How do they handle?

Any information would be helpful.
