Cost of hard top

Looking at purchasing a 1980 Gulfstar 44 motor cruiser. I was wondering if anyone has an educated guess what it would cost to put a hardtop over the flybridge?

I am currently having a new hardtop made for my Wildcat 350. It measures 11' × 11'. Quotes ran from $2500 to nearly $6000.

the price will be different depending on materials needed. some are fg some wood. funny, your location is also part of the price estimation.
i have received estimates from 1500 usd to over 10,000 usd.
