Anyone Else Running a Carri-Craft ?

I have a 57' Carri Craft Casa Grande. We are heading up the ICW in a month or less and I was wondering if any others will be on the Chesapeake Bay this summer. I heard of a Carri Craft get together up on the Great Lakes but can't run up there and was wondering if anyone was interested in meeting along the Chesapeake sometime this summer. Or, maybe in the Keys over next winter?

How was your cruise? I found four Carries for sale, 3 appeared to need work and a 45' was very nice. How many are still in use, any idea? While I have been considering something much smaller, these are in the back of my mind, more praticle for my porpose, but not trailerable. How is fuel consumption on yours and how is it powered? I would appreciate hearing all you can tell me about the carrie-craft. Thanks!
