I have a 1978 31' Silverton with Crusader 270's (SBC350) repowered 2 years back. At 6-8 knots I get 1 NMPG per gallon. On plane try and hit the sweet spot where only the primaries are open vs all four barrels sucking fuel. (Rochester 4MV carbs) If your engines and carb are tuned,
boat properly trimmed, bottom clean, and your not loaded down too much you may get .75 NMPG at best! I found in mild chop 2800 RPMs works for me. The 34' is a little heavier and 50 more gallons fuel but your number should be close.
