Bingo!!!

Our neighbor has a roller fuller sleeve, a baggy canvas tube that protects his sail. When it hits 25+ knots of wind the rackets is quite annoying, kinda of like a sail flogging which we all are conditioned to fix. Plus it drowns out the nice creak of the boat.
