I sent a friend swimming at about 30 knots.
I had a mastercraft Prostar back when I was young and slalom skied in competitions. That boat would turn on a dime.
We were riding around, doing a lap around the lake, just enjoying the warm
wind coming across our faces. We didn't even have swim trunks on. He was sitting on the doghouse that covered the large V8. As we neared the end of the cove we were in, I turned my
head and told him to hold on, trying to prepare him for a tight u-turn. He grabbed the ski pylon with one hand, that was not enough. I never slowed down, I turned left, my friend continued in the direction we were going right out of the boat.
