I wouldn't try it without the standard mod to a 25mm flare gun....never staright from a plastic 12 ga. flare gun.

I know some stuff

In America? Don't think so. I have only seen it for sale in Venezuela and most states of the USA. But, shotguns are for sale in the supermarkets there too.

I mean ofcourse that the ammo is illegal wherever a shotgun is illegal. The less than lethal ammo is often illegal even though shotguns and lethal ammo are legal. It's how it is.
