Presumably a wealthy man with 32' Not inexpensive boat, no RADAR, no chartplotter?

But he is famous (he says), a well known TV celebrity... why should he have to do the things regular folks do, things like knowing what the hell he is doing out on the water.

From what he is quoted saying, he still doesn't realize what a drag on society he is as a boater.

Glad no one was injured or any boats damaged, but it is a sad commentary on our culture that his ineptitude is viewed as kinda funny and that his "celebrity" status makes his bad behavior newsworthy.
